SpiceJet Hiring – Airport Ground Staff (Mumbai | Walk-In Drive)

SpiceJet is conducting a walk-in drive to hire Airport Ground Staff in Mumbai. This opportunity is open to graduates from diverse disciplines including BDS, BFA, B.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.Arch, B.Com, LLB, BHMS, and BCA, with 0–5 years of experience. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor baggage movement and ensure compliance with safety and security regulations.
• Perform security checks at the airport and control access to the aircraft.
• Conduct anti-sabotage pre-flight inspections and guard aircraft parked on the apron.
• Verify and manage baggage stickers and identification processes.
• Supervise loaders, cleaners, and other ground staff to maintain smooth airport operations.
• Ensure all team members complete Basic AVSEC Training and obtain screening certification from BCAS before deployment.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
