Job Summary

As the BD Senior Director, you will lead strategic initiatives to drive business growth by leveraging deep expertise in solution management. You’ll collaborate across functions to design and deliver solutions that align with company goals, enhance market presence, and ensure profitability. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in solution management, business development, and leading high-impact teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and execute business strategies to meet growth targets and expand market footprint.

• Lead the solution management lifecycle to ensure alignment with customer needs and corporate objectives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, marketing, engineering) to design and deliver innovative solutions.

• Provide leadership, vision, and guidance to the BD / solution teams to drive new business initiatives.

• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and identify new business opportunities.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders—clients, partners, and internal leadership.

• Evaluate and optimize business development strategies; drive continuous improvement.

• Facilitate interdepartmental communication to align goals and execution.

• Promote best practices in solution management and business development processes.

• Use expertise in “Solution Manager” (or equivalent tools) to streamline and optimize business processes.

• Embody a culture of innovation and professional development within the team.

• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, legal, and regulatory frameworks.

• Report regularly to executive leadership on progress, KPIs, risks, and outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: ~20+ years in solution management, business development, or related roles.

• Deep strategic thinking and analytical skills; ability to translate strategy into execution.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across senior stakeholders.

• Proven track record of delivering targets and managing large, complex projects.

• Strong proficiency in solution management practices, tools, frameworks.

• Leadership experience: capable of motivating and guiding large teams in high performance.

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Engineering, or related field.

• Certifications: Solution Manager Professional, Business Development Certification, or equivalent is preferred.

Salary Range :

• Total compensation (including bonuses, stock options, perks): ₹75,00,000 to ₹2,00,00,000+ annually
