Job Description:
As an Airport Ground Staff at SpiceJet, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth airport operations and maintaining security protocols. This role involves handling passengers, monitoring baggage movement, and coordinating with various teams to ensure efficient boarding and turnaround processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise baggage handling operations to maintain safety and security standards.

Perform security checks at the Baggage Make-up Area (BMA) and on the apron.

Verify baggage tags, ensure proper identification, and monitor access to aircraft.

Conduct anti-sabotage pre-flight checks and maintain security of parked aircraft.

Ensure all staff involved in operations are trained and certified in Basic AVSEC and BCAS Screener Certification before deployment.

Coordinate with loaders, cleaners, and shift-in-charge to maintain efficient workflows.
Required Skills:

Fluency in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night duty.

Customer-oriented approach and a professional attitude.
