Job Role: Fraud & Risk Execution Analyst

Location: Bengaluru

Experience Required: 0–2 Years

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline; background in Finance, Analytics, or Risk preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Monitor real-time fraud alerts, transaction anomalies, and suspicious activities.

• Execute and optimize fraud prevention workflows and playbooks.

• Analyze loss trends, false positives, and emerging fraud typologies to enhance detection systems.

• Work with data science and engineering teams to improve fraud scoring models.

• Collaborate with compliance, legal, and customer success teams for swift and accurate case resolution.

• Conduct detailed investigations and maintain proper audit documentation.

• Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline manual review processes.

• Support the creation and enhancement of fraud monitoring tools and reporting dashboards.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 0–2 years of experience in fraud detection, risk management, or analytics.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Familiarity with payment systems, transaction monitoring tools, or fraud detection platforms (preferred).

• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

• Basic knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is an advantage.
