Key Responsibilities
Associate Account Manager
Plan, coordinate, and promote branded events and Swiggy partner activities.
Collaborate with content and production teams to develop event themes and formats.
Maintain event brand identity and ensure exceptional participant experiences.
Oversee event logistics, vendor coordination, and service provider bookings.
Fleet Manager
Manage and lead 500–850 Delivery Executives (DEs) within designated zones.
Conduct field audits to ensure operational compliance and delivery efficiency.
Handle DE-level grievances and collaborate with governance or operations teams.
Reduce attrition and improve engagement through regular meetings and incentives.
Gather ground-level insights on costs, delivery speed, and local market trends.
Drive referrals and reactivations to maintain an active and efficient fleet.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA.
Experience: 0–10 years (Freshers can apply).
Skills Required: Strong communication, analytical, and leadership abilities.
Work Type: On-site / Hybrid roles depending on city and department.
