Wipro Limited is conducting a walk-in recruitment drive across multiple Indian cities — Hyderabad, Pune, Bengaluru, and Gurgaon — for several roles including Technical Administrator, Quality Assurance Analyst (Associate), Customer Support Associate, and UK Customer Service Process (Blended).

This drive is open to 12th Pass and Graduates with 0–6 years of experience. Key Responsibilities

Technical Administrator

  • Provide technical assistance related to software, systems, and network issues via phone, chat, email, or in-person.
  • Diagnose and resolve problems efficiently, escalating critical issues as needed.
  • Log all service requests and resolutions in the helpdesk system.
  • Support troubleshooting and maintenance of applications or infrastructure components.

Customer Support Associate / UK Customer Service (Blended)

  • Handle customer queries through phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
  • Resolve issues promptly while maintaining customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Process orders, documentation, and feedback accurately.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Meet daily targets and maintain service-level agreements (SLAs).

Quality Assurance Analyst – Associate

  • Evaluate process quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Review and moderate content, documentation, or transactions for accuracy.
  • Identify areas of improvement and assist in implementing corrective measures.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate (All streams accepted).
  • Experience: 0–6 years (Freshers welcome).
  • Skills Required: Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Work Environment: Hybrid/On-site depending on role and location.
