Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Territory Business Manager to lead pharmaceutical sales in your assigned territory. You will gather market intelligence, conduct prescription audits, implement sales strategies, drive growth, and maintain strong relationships with medical professionals and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities

Track market trends and competitor activity via stockists, chemists, and field feedback; report to SBM / RSM.

Perform Retail Chemist Prescription Audits (RCPA) to identify high-prescribing doctors and support forecasting.

Execute sales pitches, product presentations, and promotions with doctors to drive prescriptions.

Plan and execute CME events, doctor camps, and launch activities within allocated budgets.

Manage queries from doctors about products (new and existing), coordinate with Infogini / internal teams for resolution.

Collect Point-of-Business (POB) data from chemists; coordinate with stockists to ensure product supply.

Monitor new product uptake and ensure sales targets are met in your area.

Maintain and update territory data—doctor lists, route maps, retailers, supply chain contacts—in internal systems.

Liaise with ASM / SBM / RSM / Head Office to provide feedback, reports, and insights.
Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree with a science background (BSc, BPharm, etc.)

Experience: 3-5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience

Deep knowledge of pharma products, marketing strategies, and sales analytics

Soft skills: excellent communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, analytical thinking, problem solving, decision making

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM / sales tools
Salary Range :
