Role Overview

As a Software Engineer (.NET / Full Stack) based in Noida, you will sustain, enhance, and troubleshoot internal intranet applications. You’ll spend part of your time on operational maintenance and debugging, and part on designing, coding, testing, and deploying new features. You’ll also act as a technical resource for colleagues with less experience.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and troubleshoot intranet applications in alignment with specifications and business requirements
Perform operational analysis and generate recommendations based on data
Dedicate ~50% time to development of new features (design, code, test, deploy)
Interpret customer / stakeholder needs and translate them into software solutions
Solve moderately complex problems; propose and implement non-standard solutions
Work with minimal guidance and seek direction on complex or uncommon tasks
Translate conceptual designs into working code
Mentor and support teammates with less experience
Comply with employment, company policies, and adapt to changes in team structure or location assignment as needed

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Strong .NET / C# experience
Solid knowledge of JavaScript / jQuery / AngularJS
Experience in MVC architecture (e.g. Razor Views)
Experience with Entity Framework / ADO.Net
Prior exposure to IIS hosting / web server environments
Good OOP / software design principles
