Key Responsibilities

• Security Operations Management: Oversee daily security operations to ensure the availability, performance, and reliability of security tools and processes.

• Incident Response: Manage 24/7 monitoring, triage, investigation, and resolution of security incidents via SIEM (QRadar).

• Threat Detection & Intelligence: Develop, fine-tune, and manage security detection rules, use cases, and threat intelligence integration.

• Team Leadership: Lead SOC analysts, threat hunters, and incident responders, fostering a collaborative environment.

• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, DORA, GDPR, and client-specific standards.

• Continuous Improvement: Implement continuous improvement processes using KPIs, operational reviews, and performance metrics.

• Audit & Reporting: Lead preparation of audits, client reports, and executive dashboards.

• Vulnerability Management: Conduct vulnerability assessments and prioritize remediation using EBIOS methodology.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with QRadar SIEM, SOC operations, and incident response.

• Security Frameworks: Proficiency in security frameworks such as NIST CSF, CIS Controls, DORA, and GDPR.

• Risk Assessment: Experience with vulnerability management, threat hunting, and risk assessment methodologies.

• Automation & SOAR: Familiarity with automation, SOAR solutions, and operational workflow optimization.

• Technical Environments: Strong experience in at least one technical environment and related cybersecurity topics: Cloud (AWS/Azure), Mainframe, Data Warehouse, Database, O365.

• Certifications: Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.

Salary Range :

₹18,00,000 – ₹24,00,000 per annum
