Position: Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all branch transactions ensuring full compliance, including KYC processes.

Own individual and product-wise sales targets (monthly/yearly).

Manage, train, and evaluate branch staff for performance and quality of service.

Ensure completion of training modules by direct reports in a timely manner.

Increase customer footfall: acquire new customers and convert existing ones.

Manage documentation related to branch operations, handle document custody, retrieval, interact with local authorities.

Be custodian of shutter and safe keys.

Design and implement branch-level processes when new products are introduced.

Ensure proper segregation of duties, maintain workflows for all branch operations stages.

Assess risks in branch processes, review control effectiveness, and improve processes to enhance customer experience and risk management.
Experience & Requirements

Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.

Strong understanding of finance, compliance, KYC regulations.
-
Ability to handle sales targets, team management & performance monitoring.

Good documentation abilities and process orientation.

Excellent communication skills.
Salary Range :
₹8,00,000 ‒ ₹15,00,000 per annum
