Remote Software Engineer (ReactJS) – Turing | Full-Stack Developer Jobs 2025

Position: Software Engineer (React)

Type: Full-time Remote
Working Hours: 40 hours/week, with ~4 hours overlap with US time zones

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project owners & stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specs

• Write, test, and release production-ready code

• Design efficient database queries to satisfy UI data needs

• Implement transparent and robust caching strategies

• Optimize components for performance across various devices & browsers

• Build reusable frameworks or software modules to ensure scalability, reliability, and testability

• Rapidly learn new technologies and integrate them into development workflows

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience

• 3+ years in software engineering (strong candidates with exceptional skills may be considered)

• Extensive experience with ReactJS, Redux, etc.

• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, ES6+, TypeScript, Babel, Webpack, NPM, Gulp, etc.

• Experience with unit & integration testing frameworks (Mocha, Jasmine)

• Familiarity with version control tools: Git, SVN, GitHub, Bitbucket

• Experience with databases like SQL Server and MongoDB

• Excellent English communication skills

• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced remote environment

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of isomorphic React (SSR)

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.)

• Strong understanding of full SDLC (software development lifecycle)

• Architectural & system design capability

• Experience in client interaction, problem-solving, and working independently or in teams

Salary Range :

₹8,00,000 – ₹18,00,000 per annum
