Job Summary
As a Parts Information Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, validating, and updating technical parts data. You’ll support New Product Introduction (NPI), continuous process improvements, and revisions, while leading efforts to ensure parts manuals are delivered accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities

Review work submitted by parts information staff and ensure high accuracy.

Coach and mentor new or junior team members in parts information workflows.

Develop, maintain, and enforce parts information standards.

Drive and lead process improvement initiatives in technical documentation.

Translate customer needs into action for parts information creation.

Manage projects to ensure timely completion of parts publications and revisions.

Liaise with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, service) to ensure alignment of parts data.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience (3–5 years preferred) in technical documentation, parts data, or related domain. TimesJobs

Familiarity with parts structures, engineering databases, and authoring tools.

Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and quality control.

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).

Ability to lead, mentor, and coach team members.

Salary Range :
₹8,50,000 – ₹15,00,000 per annum
