About the Role

We’re looking for a seasoned Store Operations Manager to lead operations in our jewellery store. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, maintaining high service standards, managing teams, inventory, and enhancing customer experience—all to help grow store performance and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and evaluate store staff; coach for performance improvement.

• Develop and enforce operations policies and procedures to boost efficiency.

• Monitor essential store metrics (sales, inventory turnover, profitability) and act on improvement areas.

• Ensure compliance with company guidelines, regulatory requirements, and health & safety standards.

• Oversee inventory management – ordering, stock levels, coordination with suppliers.

• Manage customer issues and feedback, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, merchandising teams to drive revenue growth.

• Conduct regular store audits to maintain operational discipline.

• Stay updated on retail jewellery trends and best practices, and implement them as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Store Operations Manager (or similar), ideally in jewellery or luxury retail.

• Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.

• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and decision-making abilities.

• Solid knowledge of retail operations: inventory, merchandising, customer experience.

• Proficiency with retail software and basic computer tools.

• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field (preferred).
