Position: Regional Manager / Sales Head 
Location: Maharashtra, India
Job Type: Full-Time, Regional Leadership Role


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage sales of agricultural inputs, specifically pesticides, across the Maharashtra region.

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve ambitious sales targets.

  • Build, guide, and mentor a high-performing sales team and distributor/dealer network.

  • Establish and manage strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and other channel partners.

  • Gather and analyze market intelligence and competitor activity to stay ahead.

  • Monitor inventory, product demand and ensure adequate coverage at dealer/distributor level.

  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, sales reporting, and target tracking.

  • Travel frequently within the region to meet customers, inspect channels, and drive growth.


Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: BSc in Agriculture (or equivalent).

  • 10+ years of sales experience in agricultural inputs, especially pesticides.

  • Proven track record in regional sales leadership, distributor / dealer management, and target achievement.

  • Deep understanding of agriculture, pest control markets, seasonal cycles, and product knowledge.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

  • Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra.


💰 Salary Range :

₹18,00,000 – ₹28,00,000 per annum
