Position: Regional Manager / Sales Head
Location: Maharashtra, India
Job Type: Full-Time, Regional Leadership Role
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage sales of agricultural inputs, specifically pesticides, across the Maharashtra region.

Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve ambitious sales targets.

Build, guide, and mentor a high-performing sales team and distributor/dealer network.

Establish and manage strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and other channel partners.

Gather and analyze market intelligence and competitor activity to stay ahead.

Monitor inventory, product demand and ensure adequate coverage at dealer/distributor level.

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, sales reporting, and target tracking.

Travel frequently within the region to meet customers, inspect channels, and drive growth.
Requirements

Minimum qualification: BSc in Agriculture (or equivalent).

10+ years of sales experience in agricultural inputs, especially pesticides.

Proven track record in regional sales leadership, distributor / dealer management, and target achievement.

Deep understanding of agriculture, pest control markets, seasonal cycles, and product knowledge.
-
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
-
Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra.
💰 Salary Range :
₹18,00,000 – ₹28,00,000 per annum
