About The Role
One of our clients, TVP, is looking for a Client Service Coordinator. TVP NYC was founded in 2012 by Jason Sochol and Omri Bokjo, from noticing non profit merchandise, branding and e-commerce solutions, which helps other organizations to execute on their goals, visions and dreams. TVP’s been a part of the launch of hundreds of successful businesses such as ecommerce start-ups and established enterprises which open new stores or launch new items. Merchandise and Sourcing, Operations & Fulfillment, Agency Services, and E-commerce Technology are just a few of its services. Wherever the customers’ demands are, TVP’s focus is on filling in the gaps. TVP is the missing link in the puzzle!
Job Responsibilities
- Have a customer service mentality with a natural desire to reach the best possible outcome
- Thrives working in a fast-paced startup environment and a small team — juggling multiple priorities and making things happen fast
- Have experience using e-commerce tools and enjoys learning new tools and systems (Should be able to execute tasks on Shopify (Returns, exchanges, shipping Questions, etc)
- Work with team to research and resolve open questions
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Should be proficient with Google sheets/Microsoft excel
- Should be emotionally strong and have thick skin while dealing with angry customers/clients
- Impeccable organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle high volume and manage your own time
- High customer empathy and the ability to handle objections
- Comfortable using Google suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Sites)
- Computer Skills => can easily learn to use new systems (Asana, CS platforms, Front, etc.)

Job specific requirements
- 1-2 years prior operations or similar experience
- Excellent internet for video calls
- Ability to work on the US time zones
- Excellent English, including understanding of a wide array of idioms (assessed via written, phone and video tests)
