Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.

  • Public Relations: Manage PR activities, including media relations, press releases, crisis communication, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Digital Marketing: Oversee social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and digital campaigns.

  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and trend forecasting to identify opportunities and challenges.

  • Budget Management: Plan and manage marketing budgets and campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

  • Performance Reporting: Measure and report on marketing campaign performance using analytics and metrics.

  • Events & Representation: Organize and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions.


Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: MBA/PGDM in Marketing or related field.

  • Experience: 5–10 years in marketing and public relations, preferably in the Indian market.

  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and marketing automation tools.

  • PR Expertise: Proven ability to manage media relations, crisis communication, and brand reputation.

  • Leadership & Communication: Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.

  • Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment efficiently.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.

  • Exposure to brand management and high-impact marketing campaigns.

  • Strong understanding of the Indian market and consumer behavior.


Salary Range :


₹12,00,000 – ₹18,00,000 per annum
