Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership: Lead sales efforts for storage, cloud, and IT solutions within assigned accounts or territories. Identify opportunities, qualify leads, and meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business challenges and providing tailored HPE solutions.

  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and coordinate the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of opportunities.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with account managers, pre-sales teams, and other internal stakeholders to respond to customer requests and support deal closure.

  • Marketing & Campaign Coordination: Align with marketing teams to ensure successful execution of campaigns for storage and IT solutions.

  • Reporting & Forecasting: Utilize CRM tools and reporting software to track sales performance, generate forecasts, and provide insights for strategy.

  • Innovation & Strategy: Promote innovative solutions and contribute ideas to drive strategic initiatives and enhance customer experience.


Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably business, IT, or related fields).

  • Experience: 1–3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in IT, storage, cloud, or enterprise solutions.

  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of storage, cloud, IT infrastructure, and service solutions.

  • Sales Skills: Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills. Ability to differentiate HPE offerings from competitors.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

  • Work Style: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with enterprise sales in IT, cloud, or storage solutions.

  • Familiarity with CRM, reporting, and sales automation tools.

  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment effectively.


Salary Range

₹6,50,000 – ₹12,00,000 per annum
