Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Business Manager / Sales Manager to lead our Cardio-Diabetes Division across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. This pivotal role involves overseeing a team of Area Managers and Medical Representatives, driving sales growth, and ensuring the execution of company strategies to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team comprising 4–5 Area Managers and 12–15 Medical Representatives.

Develop and expand the current sales base of ₹15 lakhs, targeting 290 doctor customers.

Identify and onboard new prescribers to enhance market penetration.

Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure alignment with company strategies.

Implement effective hiring, training, and recognition programs to foster high performance.

Monitor team performance, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and company policies.

Align individual objectives with organizational goals to elevate team performance.
Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a science-related field.
Experience Requirements:
-
7–10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a second-line managerial role within the Cardio-Diabetes portfolio.

Proven track record of managing a business volume of ₹50 lakhs or more monthly.

Strong people management skills with effective communication and analytical abilities.

Demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.

Age should be 38 years or below.

Salary Range:
The estimated annual salary ranges between ₹20,00,000 and ₹35,00,000.
