Role Overview:
The Sales Development Manager will be responsible for driving the Life Sciences/Omics business in South India, focusing on Pharma and Contract Research Organizations (CROs). This role involves strategic business planning, sales leadership, and fostering customer collaboration to achieve growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead sales initiatives for Pharma and CRO business segments in South India.

Drive sales growth and manage the sales funnel within the region.

Maintain up-to-date competitive information on key workflows and market trends.

Enhance customer collaboration and engagement.

Train, coach, and mentor colleagues; deliver pre-sales presentations.

Contribute to strategic business planning and regional development.

Travel up to 70% within the assigned territory.
Qualifications:

Master’s or Doctorate degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, or Pharmaceuticals.

MBA is desirable.

Minimum of 6 years of technical experience in the mass spectrometry industry.

Techno-commercial experience preferred.

Strong presentation and communication skills.

Willingness to travel up to 70%.

Fluent in English.
Salary Range:
The salary ranges between ₹15,00,000 and ₹25,00,000.
