Position: Store Executive / Store Keeper

About the Role
We are hiring a Store Executive / Store Keeper to manage spare parts inventory and store operations for an automotive workshop in Chennai. This is a 6-day work week contract position.
Key Responsibilities

Receive, verify, and stock incoming spare parts.

Issue materials as per requisition slips for repair work.

Maintain store records, documentation, and store housekeeping.

Conduct perpetual inventory counts and regular inventory reconciliations.

Identify, package, document, and dispatch warranty-failure parts.

Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.

Ensure SLA adherence, logistics coordination, and dispatch scheduling.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills

4 years of experience in store operations, inventory control, or warehouse.

Basic knowledge of automobile spare parts, warehousing practices, and packaging standards.

Proficiency in MS Excel (intermediate level).

Familiarity with 5S methodology and DMS (Dealer Management Systems).

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with documentation and logistics.
3. Salary Range :
₹2.5 lakhs – ₹3.5 lakhs per annum
